ah, the love of lunges

I like to lunge while I walk.  It’s true.  If I’m walking for exercise and not breaking out in a sweat then to work my body harder – to push myself that extra mile – I lunge.  It’s actually kind of fun to do and I’m usually pushing a stroller which helps me balance better.  It’s fun and helps create a better workout when you are walking on a flat path.  You should try it!
